Welcome to slowedandreverb.io (www.slowedandreverb.io), a web-based audio processing service operated under the name Song Peel, a sole proprietorship based in California”(“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of slowedandreverb.io (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose information through the Service. By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
slowedandreverb.io provides browser-based tools that allow users to manipulate audio playback (e.g., slow down, apply reverb). Audio files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers; all audio processing occurs locally in your browser. Certain user data (e.g., custom presets stored via Supabase, subscription/account information via Outseta, payment data via Stripe, analytics via Google Analytics and Clicky) may be collected and stored to operate the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
You may create an account via Google OAuth or other methods we provide. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You agree not to:
1. Use the Service for unlawful purposes
2. Circumvent or misuse subscription access
3. Attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, or integrity of the Service
slowedandreverb.io is a browser-based audio processing tool. Audio files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers; all processing occurs locally on your device. By using the Service, you agree that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to modify any audio you choose to process. We do not review, monitor, or access the audio you work with, and we do not claim any ownership over it.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any copyright, authorship, or intellectual property laws. Using slowedandreverb.io does not grant you any legal rights to any third-party content.
We offer monthly, annual, and one-time lifetime payment plans.
Subscriptions are billed automatically until canceled.
You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds are only granted in special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with results, as previews are available before purchase.
Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the Service itself, not the lifetime of the user.
All content, branding, software, and code of slowedandreverb.io are the property of Song Peel or its suppliers, protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the Service without express written consent.
We respect intellectual property rights. While we do not upload or host user audio files, if you believe content related to the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice to:

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility, or freedom from errors or defects. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, slowedandreverb.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in California, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing customerservice@songpeel.com.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Subject to Section 12, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The Effective Date above will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
